Biological Aerated Filter + Filtering

This process consists of high-efficiency mixer, biological aerated filter, Automatic flocculant dosing system and DA863 filtration technology, characters of each process show as follow:

1. High-efficiency mixer has characters of less head loss, simple equipment, without civil structures, no external power equipment and good mixing effect within the design flow range.

2. DA863 filtration technology has characters of high filtration rate, high precision, low backwash water consumption, resistance against shock loading, the use of air-water backwash and surface-water sweep, good washing effect. Under same water quantity, it can effectively reduce the working area, save construction investment, and improve water quality; 

3. Biological Aerated Filter has functions of nitrification, denitrification, and removing SS, COD, BOD, phosphorus and AOX. It is a integrative set of biological oxidation and suspended solids retention that saves the secondary settling tank. It has characters of large volumetric loading, high hydraulic loading, short hydraulic retention time, less investment, good water quality and low energy consumption running costs.

4. Automatic flocculant dosing system adopts streaming potential principle and on-line measurement of net charge strength after being added flocculant, can real-time change the dosage to get the best flocculation and save medicament.
